Tips To Look Beautiful And Smart—-In India character, education, profession ,family does matter during the time of searching life partner . Although the inner beauty comes first on the base of humanity for judging a person but a fresh, beautiful looks with glowing skin is always considered as an extra advantage for both brides and grooms. Being looks attractive also helps you to feel good and increase your confidence. Some brides and grooms are naturally blessed with their good, attractive looks but with an average looks you can make yourself attractive by adapting some easy habits. Even without hitting gym and spa regularly you can maintain yourself in shape, fresh and attractive. Just try to follow the easy steps and be surprised to see the change in yourself within few months——-
1.Drink Plenty of Water—-Try to drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water everyday. Start your day with fresh lemon water and a spoon of honey ,it helps your stomach clean and also detoxified your system.
2.Easy Diet—Have minimum 6 to 8 home made meals daily with small quantity. Eat at least one seasonal fruit or combination of different colours of fruits.Nariyal pani or coconut water is a good source of fresh vitamins and minerals. So try to keep it in your regular diet. Milk is considered as a complete food drink. Apart from iron milk is the source of all essential food substances .So milk or milk products like curd, paneer etc should have in your regular diet. During the time of lunch and dinner have different colours of vegetables as sabji with rice or roti. Cucumber with some other benefits is a good source of Vitamin E and very much essential for your good skin. So add cucumber in your regular diet. Having non veg food like fish ,egg ,chicken in your regular diet are not bad but must be cooked with minimum spice and oil.
3.Strick no to some foods and drinks—-Avoid junk foods, fried foods, oily foods, Pizza, fast foods ,road side foods, ready to eat foods, red meat ,alcohol ,soft drinks
4.Exercise Regularly—You have to give at least 40 to 60 minutes everyday. Do at least 5 types of easy exercise like walking or jogging, swimming, stairs workout, push ups, yoga, meditation and other free hand exercise. Combination of different types of exercise helps you not to feel bore as well as it will keep all the body parts healthy.
5.Sleep Properly—Daily 6-8 hours sleep helps you to make yourself fresh, active and charged up. Also make your immune system strong and keep yourself disease free.
6.Spend some time in nature—-To make your food digest properly and feel energetic fresh oxygen plays a vital role. So try to spend few hours in green airy atmosphere.
7.Stay clean and keep your skin spot free—Wash your skin with a mixture of besan or gram flour, cucumber juice, honey, turmeric or haldi and milk. Sometimes you may add few drops of lemon juice also in the mixture. Wear only properly washed clothed. Always wear the dress and colour which makes you feel comfortable.
8.Feel Happy-Avoid to be sad, depressed, tensed and angry. Stay relaxed, calm and cool. Massage your face, hands, shoulders, feet, blow fingers within your hair more frequently and keep the blood circulation smooth. Find happiness. Keep yourself surrounded by people with positive energy. Try to help others without any intention.
9.Love Yourself—-Spend some time with yourself in deep silence. Talk to yourself, analyze yourself ,take deep breathe and try to communicate with your own soul. Do something to make yourself important on others life.
